For my last event as President (2015-2016) of my networking Chapter LeTip of Greater San Diego, we had our business networking mixer at Envision from March 30th, 2016 and it was awesome! (I am the web designer of the group and web coordinator of their Chapter business website.)

Coming up this September is the 1/2 Disneyland Marathon! I’ve decided to make this run a few months ago through the charity cause, Autism Speaks. So far this summer, my training has taken me to more than 120 miles running!

I chose this charity because of my interest in autism and in helping children. After touring a facility at the San Diego Rady’s Children Hospital, Alexa’s Playc, my heart melted when I learned that about 1 in every 60 children are diagnosed with autism every year! Also, that there is a spectrum to which individuals can fall into regarding autism. I toured Alexa’s Playc and there is a waiting list for families, and the parents having to find support on their own. It indicates how much there is a need for programs to help our neighbors. Our communities need our help. Let’s bring as much awareness as we can!

I’m asking for your support by way of donation and to sharing to as many folks as you can. My goal is to reach $2000 by this Friday, August 28th. We can do it! Thank you so much for your support and love!

Going on this week from March 13-23, 2014 is the 2014 San Diego Latino Film Festival. The festival is hosted at the Digiplex Mission Valley Cinemas at Hazard Center and will be showcasing films with such celebrities as John Leguizamo, Jaime Camil and Gael Garcia Bernal. My beautiful wife, Sofia, and I just recently celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary. I am so grateful to God for her and it has been such an incredible ride! We’ve learned and experienced so much through traveling, our profession, and from our amazing friends. Our “stay-cation” in San Diego was awesome! We enjoyed the really nice weather, friendly communities, and great food. But most of all, each other. Del Mar and Torrey Pines is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better time at the beach!
